At Endurance, our Team Training program is created to develop stronger, faster, and more resilient athletes. Every session is built with purpose — improving strength, speed, mobility, conditioning, and overall performance so your team can compete at its highest level.

How We Run Team Training

Our approach is structured, professional, and athlete-focused. Each session is coached by certified strength and conditioning specialists who ensure proper technique, progression, and effort from every athlete.

1. Dynamic Warm-Up & Activation

We begin with movement prep to reduce injury and improve mobility:

  • Mobility and flexibility work

  • Activation drills specific to your sport

  • Movement pattern rehearsal (acceleration, deceleration, lateral motion)

2. Strength & Power Development

Age-appropriate, sport-specific strength work designed to build:

  • Explosive power

  • Stability and balance

3. Speed & Agility Training

We develop faster, sharper athletes through:

  • Acceleration/Top-end speed drills

  • Lateral quickness and edge control
