Fall Shred 2025 — Are You Ready?
Summer’s winding down, the kids are heading back to school, and the BBQs and patio nights are slowing. Now’s the time to buckle down and get ready for the FALL SHRED!
Starting September 8th, we’re inviting the entire Endurance community to join our Fall Detox & Shred Challenge — a friendly competition designed to kick off our fall programming, push you to new limits, and get you feeling stronger, leaner, and healthier than ever.
The Rules
Mandatory weigh-in with Coach Anto or Matt on September 8th.
We’ll track Body Fat % and Lean Muscle Mass using our bioimpedance scale only.
Measurements: Start September 8th, Mid-way October 6th, and Final Dec 12th.
$20 entry fee — split evenly between the Male and Female winners.
Winners will be crowned Fall Shred Champions and have their names engraved on the SHRED CUP.
The Point System
The goal of a healthy shred is to drop fat while maintaining — or even gaining — lean muscle mass.
+1 Point for every % of body fat lost (Sept 8th – Dec 12th).
+1 Point for every pound of lean muscle gained (Sept 8th – Dec 12th).
⚠️ Note: Starving yourself or overdoing cardio will cost you — lean muscle loss will result in penalties. Focus on training with moderate-to-heavy resistance while gradually increasing cardio week-to-week.
If you need help with nutrition, we strongly recommend consulting one of our coaches before starting — every body is different, and the right plan will set you up for success.
