HOCKEY TRAINING PROGRAM

Our programming is designed by Matt Abbott and Anthony Biondi and focuses on building strength and endurance in the gym that translates directly to a stronger, faster, and more explosive player on the ice. Just like last year, sessions will run 5 days a week, with a different focus each day (upper body, lower body, plyometrics, conditioning, etc.).

This year, we’ll be making a small change to how registration works. Instead of grouping strictly by age, sign-up will be based on preferred time slots, and we’ll build groups within those times based on age and level.

For pricing, we’ll be offering a few options:

  • Monthly unlimited: $425 + tax (best value for athletes training 4–5x/week)

  • Weekly unlimited: $125 + tax

  • Drop-in: $30 + tax per session

All athletes will be billed at the end of each month.

Just like building a house starts with a solid foundation, developing an elite player begins with proper off-ice training. A strong athletic base is built through mastering posture, movement patterns, weight transfer, and stabilizer muscle control. These fundamentals create the foundation for speed, strength, power, agility, mobility, and balance—essential components for becoming a well-rounded athlete and a top-tier hockey player.

Off-ice training is a long-term process, not a quick fix. Results don’t happen overnight—it takes time, dedication, and a commitment to improving every day. With the right training, an average hockey player can unlock their full potential and take their game to the next level. Think of it like adding fuel to a fire—when the time is right, all you have to do is light the match.

This summer will be entirely focused on elevating your game. You will have a reserved daily training time throughout May, June, July, and August, with sessions scheduled 5 times per week.
