LAURA LEMESSURIER
KINESIOLOGIST
Laura studied Kinesiology at Dalhousie University in Halifax and has been helping clients attain their health goals for over 15 years. From a young age Laura was introduced to soccer, skiing and golf and continues to be involved in all these sports today. Her passion for health started early and having attained her CSIA (Canadian Ski Instructor Alliance) certification at a young age, she discovered her joy of working with people and focusing on movement techniques. She later got her TPI (Titleist Performace Institute) Golf Certification and applies this knowledge and techniques to her training and assessments with athletes and those looking to improve mobility and strength. Throughout her time at Dalhousie, Laura focused on movement in disability. She volunteered with children and adults with various physical disabilities and aided in developing adaptive sport and activities. She believes that no disability should put a halt to a person’s active lifestyle and continues to work with clients who have various movement disorders.
Laura co-founded a local Kinesiology clinic (Le Fitness Loft) and after 13 years as co-owner she decided to continue her career independently. She continues to push clients to reach their potential at Endurance Kinesiology and hopes to share her passion for sports and moving with her young daughter.
