Anthony Biondi is a certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience helping athletes of all ages reach their fitness goals. Passionate about health and wellness, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every client he works with. Specializing in personalized workout programs tailored to individual needs, Anthony motivates and inspires with a positive, results-driven approach. Journey into Training

His career in training began 10 years ago, coaching young hockey players both on and off the ice. Having spent years training for hockey himself, he developed a deep understanding of athletic development and performance. A long-time friend of Endurance Kinesiology owner Matt Abbott, he naturally transitioned into working alongside him to help athletes push their limits and reach their goals.

Professional Achievements

One of his proudest accomplishments is playing semi-professional senior hockey, demonstrating his commitment to high-performance athletics. Additionally, through disciplined training and nutrition, he successfully reduced his body fat from 20% to 13%, a testament to his dedication to fitness and personal growth.

What sets him apart is his ability to adapt to each athlete’s skill level and experience, ensuring workouts are both effective and enjoyable. He strives to make training a positive and motivating experience, helping clients build confidence while improving their performance.

Advice for Beginners

His key advice for newcomers: take it slow. Simply getting into the gym is the first step. He emphasizes the importance of gradual progress, encouraging beginners to ease into training and progressively increase their workload over time.

Beyond the Gym

Outside of coaching, he enjoys staying active by working out, playing hockey, and spending time with family and friends. When he’s not training, he appreciates the opportunity to relax and recharge.

Fun Fact

During the COVID-19 shutdowns, he worked as a welder, proving his adaptability and strong work ethic even outside the fitness world.
